I DO NOT HAVE AN EATING DISORDER page 002
Wow, wall of text. Such a boring page. In recovery groups, we’re told we’re not allowed to share any specifics of what we eat, how much we exercise, weight, dress sizes etc, because this comparison leads to destructive competition. By the time I drew this page, I was starting to see that maybe my eating habits were a little left of normal, but I was still convinced that I didn’t have a real problem, because in my mind, I was eating much more food than someone with an ED would eat. Even now, that volume of food (sometimes as little as two pieces of bread a day) doesn’t seem so bad, because it’s what I’ve been accustomed to for so long. We all have our ideas about what constitutes a normal, healthy diet, but in reality those ideas are greatly varied.

For Halloween 2011, I made a fully-fuctional camera costume. It comes complete with LCD display, built-in flash, and shutter-release button.
It is also capable of wirelessly triggering my Alienbees strobes, and winning any costume contest with the click of a button. -

It is simply wrong to assail Mr. Murdoch simply because of his politics.
Yes, he was a part of London’s tainted tabloid culture, but that does not make him a symbol of that culture. Rupert Murdoch has apologized, profusely and with genuine humility, to the family of Milly Dowler, the young murder victim whose phone was hacked into by reporters from News of the World. The family’s attorney said that Mr. Murdoch put his head in his hands as he expressed his grief. What more could he have done?
Murdoch and His Critics | The New York Observer
This is so bad it looks almost like a parody of that notorious WSJ editorial. He put his head in his hands, people! What more could he have done? And the “simply because of his politics” line is priceless.
Now, remind, me, what was that about “nothing sacred but the truth”?

Unlink Your Feeds: A Manifesto.
Listen.
You need to unlink your feeds.
I understand why you did it. I’ve made the same mistake myself. But it’s hurting your friends, it’s hurting you, and it’s hurting the Internet. You need to stop.
You need to stop automatically dumping your feeds from one account into another.
Look, I know… -
PRI’s The World: There have been more than 170 allegations of sexual abuse during the past four years at Willacy, an Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center in Texas. A recent FRONTLINE investigation uncovered more than a dozen stories of sexual abuse, and many other accounts of racial and physical abuse.
Did you see the latest investigation from our partners @FRONTLINEPBS? Wow. Check out @Maria_Hinojosa’s radio piece for @PRITheWorld http://bit.ly/FrontlineICE
